Vegas Military Discounts or Deals?

I’m in the Army and this is my first vacation in 3 years. I’m going to Vegas from 25 July to 2 Aug, already got Air and hotel package. Trying to stretch my vacation dollar. Are there any military deals or special offers that I should look for while in Vegas.
Thanks;
If you are going to rent a car, you can get up to Nellis Airforce Base and check out the ITT.
They have discounts for military.

Some shows have military discounts if you ask...

I always present a military ID card anytime I pay with credit card (restaurants, admissions of shows etc..) and sometimes I find out about a military discount that way.

Have fun... I will be there in 3 weeks for my R and R.

We were just in Vegas and got a 40% military discount on Terry Fator tickets. We got the $99 tix, but the theater is so well arranged, I think you could get the cheap seats ($59 or $69?) and they would be just fine.

The Venetian/Palazzo offers military discounts on Jersey Boys tickets. They usually aren't advertised so just call the box office and ask. Many people (us included) have gotten very lucky at getting complimentary upgrades to Jersey Boys. Just before the show starts, go to the box office and ask if there are any complimentary upgrades for the military. We got upgraded from 3 rows from the back to 3 rows from the front!

I think Treasure Island also offers a military discount for Mystere and Mandalay Bay offers one for KA.

Thanks as we might be going and any discount is greatly appriciated.

My son turns 21 August 23. He plans on being in Vegas for his birthday. he ships out to Kuwait in September. What are the chances of him getting a room discount?
Tell him to bring his TCS orders and show the person behind the desk.
Then he can mention- "Hey this is my last hurrah before I have to deploy"....

Many casinos are patriotic and will be willing to give an upgrade on an already existing reservation.

For discount, he can try calling the casino and telling them he has TCS orders to show them upon arrival, last hurrah, and then ask about a discount rate.

Good luck!
Don't be afraid to ask! My son asks all the time now. Just make sure you have your id handy. And from a military mom...thank you for your service. God Bless. Enjoy your vacation.
