Vegas questions and Observations

Just got home for 4 days at MGM...the only reason MGM had anyone there was the Steelworkers convention. Tables were pretty empty, most not even being used. No problem getting a machine to play either. Only packed pool day was Tues afternoon. I certainly noticed the absence of people this trip.

I talked an employee at Cosmo and he seemed to think that the Cosmo was hoping to lower their prices and let SLS take the higher end market. He felt that by positioning the Cosmo a little lower on the ladder, they could increase market share and profits.

Making Las Vegas Blvd. one way is a good idea. The only thing is, you would have to make a "Bus Lane" so they could operate and service the strip. You would need this for emergency vehicles as well.
