At my old age of 56, I no longer stay up in Vegas until 11am. Instead, I go to sleep about 1am, wake up at 6:30am, and usually have breakfast shortly thereafter. Cocktails on this trip usually begin with college football at 9 or 10am, and that may explain my early evening exit. I've read enough good things to confirm that I'll make my way to breakfast at Grand Lux. Thanks for all of the nice advice Roulette, and everyone else.
I'm leaning towards taking our group of 14 to dinner at Musashi Japanese Steakehouse after golf. As I mentioned before, once I have the "cats on crack" together, it's best to run them straight to dinner. It's difficult once we all get back to drinking and gambling to round 'em up and move them in the same direction for dinner. Any thoughts about Musashi are appreciated.

Grand Lux at the Venetian is supposed to be open 24 hours a day. I believe the one at the Palazzo is closed for late hours but would probably be open by 7am. I did have one time where the one at the Venetian closed at 10pm for their normal pest control. I know that sounds hideous, but all restaurants need to have means to fight rats and cockroaches.
The Grand Lux is one of my favorite restaurants. The omelets are huge.
