Vegas June 25-28 2012
Day 1
After changing our dates 3 times, we finally got a trip together.
Once each date passed that we had planned on made me even more
excited and glad I still had a trip to look forward to.
I live about 30 mins from XXXX so flying is pretty easy.
There were 12 of us and we flew SW so we took up the back few rows
on either side.
You gotta love the flight out as we are all so pumped up...lol
My bf and our friends go to AC and Dover Downs for little get aways..
but this was going to be a bigger gambling trip.
We have had about 6 extra months of saving so our bankrolls have
gotten pretty fat.
We all stayed at the Flamingo and got either comped or very low rates.
We got into town around 1pm and dropped our stuff off.
The casino floor was calling me. My bf wanted to hit the poker room.
I was heading for the craps tables.
My first buy-in went pretty quick.
I was going to hit a BJ table, but something told me try one
more craps table.
I decided to low roll this session, so I went with 32 across
and min. pass line w/ full odds. I pressed my bets 3X's and
they were hitting.
I think I hit 7 or 8 numbers at the $100 level in an hour and a half.
I left almost $1,600 up.
I wanted to relax and sit so went to a $10 BJ table but managed
to be betting $50 a hand before the first shuffle.
It was a great group at the table, we all cashed out ahead after a couple of hours.
I ended up $350 ahead.
I am close to $2,000 ahead for the day and yippee!
My brother hit a $1 RF for $4.000 while waiting for my bf to
finish playing poker.
It is now time to hunt down the group and get something to eat.
We decided to meet at Wynn buffet. It was really good and I don't usually
care too much for buffets as I can't eat a lot at once..
not the case here. I ate for 2 hours...lol
6 of us walked back to the Flamingo and stopped everytime there
was alcohol available, which as we all know is about every 2 feet.
Our first stop was one of those frozen drink stands.
I started with a yard Pina Colada and stuck with rum based drinks
the rest of the way and just added them to my origional.
Pretty damn good and strong!
Time to go to bed.
Day 2
It's morning and we are in Vegas...woohoo
We met up with my sister and her hubby and my mom and
went casino hopping for 4 hours.
I could not tell you which ones we hit but we had a blast.
We did manage to check out Cosmo,etc. and I really like the new
additions to that end of the strip.
We were on a PaiGow mission. We looked for tables we could all sit at
together. We all stayed about even until the last casino...
my mom had $10 on the bonus and hit a RF for $1,500.
BIG YAY for her.
Back to the F and it's pool time...

Went to Fremont for the evening and had loads of fun.
I think we played every $5 BJ table there. The sun was coming up
when we caught a cab.
Our Last Full Day(3)
It sure goes by quick...even when you stay awake 2X's the amount
as when you are home. I say the more tired you are, the better the
time you had.
We rented a car for the day to hit some of the further out properties.
I told them we had to check out the Silverton as I had read so much about
it here..it wasn't my style but am glad I visited.
I liked M Resort and Red Rock, I didn't care for Green Valley.
I went through about $1,000 casino hopping but am still up $800.
My bf is up almost $3,000 and my brother has gone through his RF
winnings but still has his origional bankroll.
(I think he and his buddy may have bought a couple of ladies)

We stopped at The Gun Store and it was like a ghost town.
There rates have gone up since we were here last we decided
not to even go in. I can shoot at home...just not the big guns.
lol
Time to head back to the F and do dinner. We decided to go to
Lavo at Palazzo. Very good and the service was super.
Stayed and gambled at V/P for a few hours.
My bf and I went to a craps table and in 2 hours there were only
a few shooters. I made money on everyone before it was my
turn. If any of you shoot dice, then you may know what I am
talking about next...
I picked up the dice and my hand started shaking. I hit the back wall
in the same spot with no more than 3 rolls on every shot.
It was one of the best rolls I have ever had.
I hit 8 points but not many numbers in between.
I started seeing the pattern (as did others) after my 3rd point
and was $200 w/ full odds on my 4th game and kept going up on each.
My bf loves the come bets and he wasn't hitting as well so he changed
to my system. He was betting bigger than me so he made his money quick.
I colored up to $3,800. My bf colored up to $7,000+.
I am now $4,200 ahead for the trip and less than 15 hours left.
I could marathon it or be sensible.......
We went back to the room and went to bed.
Last Day
Very sad to be leaving in just a few short hours. We had a blast
and I had some great times with my family and friends.
Played BJ for the last few hours and gave up $500.
I'm ok with that as I have my origional bankroll and $3,700 extra
and my bf came home almost $8,000 ahead...yay.
