video poker tourney info request

I signed up for my first tournament offered by Harrahs. It's at Planet Hollywood. Anyone know what types of video poker machines they use for the tourney, JOB, DB, etc?

I have played in several, it's always been DDB at 10 minute play time. Sometimes 2 or 3 rounds using your total score. Good Luck

Actually, although it's usually DDB, it can be any game that the machine is set for the tournament.

I've been in 15 VP tourneys at 5 different casinos...all DDB.

Wow, Captain Bill! How did you fare? Anything to brag about?

Came in first at ST a few years back for 5k, 2nd place at GVR for $2,500 and 3rd place at Orleans for a big $400 (over a 3 year period). Only out of the money 2 times...but that was a lot of $50 payouts. Since I tend to book flights several months out (when its conveinent for me, not the casino) I've only been in 2 VP tourneys in the last 2 years.
