I suspect Favorito may be more appealing to people not from the NY Metro area.
We have a guy like him on almost every block, whether it's a pizza guy, a bartender or just a bar patron. Obviously, he is better than they are, but experiencing gumbas on a steady basis perhaps jades us a bit.
