This was a terrible thing.

Thank goodness that this is a private program and that we are certain to have limitless folks willing to move forward on this exploration program. My only concern is that Liberals will force an end to this operation. Government, and especially Liberal government, is risk averse and quite reactive.

CNN is already asking the question if private companies should be involved in space exploration. In fact, they are implying quite strongly that private companies should not be involved in space exploration. Talk about predictable.

What's great about private companies is that they are not so risk averse. As long as government stays out of the way, there will be no shortage of brave men and woman willing to move forward on all aspects of this project, and other similar projects. The only thing that will slow it up is Obama and friends.

There will be people lined up for a chance to pilot the next flight..............unless Obama finds this line illegal. Most likely, however, Obama will likely find one, two or possibly three government agencies to impose massive fines on Virgin Galactic and similar companies. Like coal, Obama is likely to make such projects financial losers.

I hope they crush the private space industry as badly as the rest of corporate America. My s&p 500 index fund has more than doubled since liberals took over.
