Vital signs for The Cosmopolitan?

Does anyone now how the hotel is doing, vacancy rates, etc.?

I was sitting in front of Paris and noticed how huge this thing is. It looks bigger than Bellagio, an absolute monster. Luckily, it's not an eyesore.

I have heard the gaming side of it is not doing all that well. I have yet to see discounted rooms, I assume the hotel is renting out well.

If you are a Marriott rewards member you may get a discount. Otherwise $140 per night in late May is about as good as it gets. Yikes!
