Voting is a right. Buying beer is a privilege, as are all your other examples.

Leaving and entering America as an American citizen (also a right) required my birth certificate as proof of my American citizenship to obtain a passport for those travels.

You forgot state issued id. (I just got my passport)

It is hard to believe that pj is truly this dense.

The democrats contend that the NC voter id law disenfranchises their voters. The judge who wrote the opinion was nominated by bill clinton whose wife is a democrat running for president.

But thanks for confirming the decision helps democrats. The voter disenfranchisment law that was overturned helped Republicans which is exactly why it was passed.

There aren't enough Hoops in the country to elect Republicans in a fair election so they fall back on Jim Crowe tactics to rig the vote. Thats not my dense opinion. Thats Federal court verdict and your Lord Helmet defense doesn't change that.

That's right...I didn't explain. I let Federal judges do it for me. Just because their verdict makes your hemmoroids flare up doesn't mean they didn't answer your question.

And I tend to trust their judgement more than yours. Ya know...cause they have a degree and stuff
