Voting against the other guy

Quoting PJ concerning Trump; "and will get a colossal ass kicking in November" ---- I think that PJ underestimates the people with a IQ above 90 who will be voting.

Word (someone said it to me)

I actually haven't the faintest idea what that means, context or anything. I do think it means some dumbass way of agreeing with you tho. Anyway...WORD.

I hold no high hopes they can fix the VA, let alone doing a single payer. This country's healthcare is pretty much a disaster, don't see it improving. Not unless someone gets in who actually cares.

And I guess you don't either..

From the urbandicctionary.com :

Word

1) well said
2)said in a agreement
3) can be used as a greeting, hey whats up

1..and 2...Yo u goin to that rocks tanite....word
3. word up

Word

"Word" is the shortened form of the phrase: "my word is my bond" which was originated by inmates in U.S. prisons. The longer phrase was shortened to "word is bond" before becoming "word," which is most commonly used. It basically means "truth." Or "to speak the truth."
"Yo, I fucked twelve bitches last night."
"Word?" ("You speak the truth?")
"Word." ("I speak the truth.")

Word

A versatile declaration, originating (more or less) in hip-hop culture.
"Word" has no single meaning, but is used to convey a casual sense of affirmation, acknowledgement, agreement, or to indicate that something has impressed you favorably.
Its usage among young blacks has been parodied ad nauseam among clueless suburban whites.
"Come on, man, we're going to the store."
"Word"

Word

I concur, my fellow African American friends.
"Man, she's got some fine titties!"
"Word."

Word

Affirmative.
Can also be used as a question, meaning "really?"
"Man, this sucks."
"Word."

also
"I just got a new car!"
"Word?"

Word

to concur
I'd like to hit Monica from the backside, yo!!
Word!!

Yep. No members of the Muslim Brotherhood held government positions close to the President. The DOJ wasn't running guns to Mexican drug cartels. That's just a couple things...

Hmmmm....anyone still wondering how Trump gained control of this group of Mensas??
Yes. Obamacare is a colossal failure and I have had at least a dozen conversations with highly pissed off people with basically no coverage. It is often the topic on my husband's work conference. We have no insurance until our full deductible is met. That basically means no one can go to doctors for an antibiotic or X-ray etc because they will pay the full overpriced doctor visit, x rays, lab fees and prescription. So at minimum $500 at minimum or pass around that virus in your office and school for a month. Hmm. And not just our company. I have heard probably ten others mention this is also their new policies. Just received a bill from my 100% coveraged mandatory check up....which to me is unconstitutional. I have to pay a penalty if I do not let them take my blood for their own purposes. Anyone read Henrietta lacks? The state of our country is extremely disturbing to me at this point.

Randy: All right. Would you tell him to just relax and I'll be back as soon as I can with some medicine?
Jive Lady: [to the Second Jive Dude] Jus' hang loose, blood. She gonna catch ya up on da rebound on da med side.
Second Jive Dude: What it is, big mama? My mama no raise no dummies. I dug her rap!
