He did comply. The officer opened the door and pointed a gun at him at repeatedly told him "Don't move!". He didn't move. Another officer pulled him from the car. Since he was near comatose he just laid on the ground. What action did he take that was active resistance? What was he told to do and did not comply?

Treegirl is out of her mind to defend these sorry excuses for cops. Cops should be held accountable for their actions just like every other citizen. If any of us were caught on tape kicking someone in the head while 4 other people held them down we would be in jail. Why is it not the same for these scumbags?! They are not above the law.
