I don't ever recall the Irish(or any immigrant) wanting to kill Americans just for the sake of wanting to kill Americans for religious reasons. Anyone else ever hear of the Irish Jihad? Me neither. What a completely maroonic statement , SHEESH!

According to the FBI there are 1,000 active investigations involving isis terrorists. Terrorists are arrested on a regular basis & we have been lucky in recent years. For example there was last fall's Seaside bomber as well as the malfunctioning car bomb in Times Square. If that had gone off hundreds would have been killed and injured.

For the record, my church lost 18 parishioners in the Towers. My business partners brother lost his life there. He was a Sgt. In the NYPD ESU. My Brother in Law lost an Uncle as well,and I lost about a dozen friends.

I've also had three fraternity brothers killed in Iraq and Afganistan and just last week lost the son of a good friend.

Real Americans don't react to attacks by cowering in fear of future attacks.
