Wedding/Honeymoon in Vegas

Thanks to all for the suggestions and info. We decided to go with a quick wedding in front of the "Welcome to Las Vegas" sign south of town for the sheer kitsch of it all. Just the two of us, so what the heck! We'll definitely be hitting some of (if not ALL of!) the places you guys/gals mentioned, and hoping to get across the street to either MGM or Mandalay Bay as they seem to have some pretty good but not too over the top restaurants. Anyone eaten at either of those locations and have any opinions?
HI
At MB try Border Grill, Burger Bar are nice places.

Maybe you go over the top for 1 good meak...suggest Mix Restaurant, you are on top of MB - can sit outside, super romantic place =- - but expensive.
I may have missed it, but I have not seen mention yet of the book Neon Nuptials by Ken Van Vechten. Ken, the author is/was a long time LVA poster. His sage, sassy and satirical style is simply scintillating. Many here, including me, count him as a friend. Even if you don't use any of his advice in the book, you will enjoy it as a good read.
May have to try MB one night, given that the only somewhat "fancy" meal we have scheduled so far is Biscayne at the Trop because it was right at the hotel and it was fairly reasonable (~$80 for 2 people) for a 4 course wine pairing. Not really our style to go "over the top", but it's a honeymoon! Last time we were in Vegas I remember eating a $9 Nathan's hot dog somewhere on the strip last time, so why not try something just slightly fancier?!
