That's strange, ..........I never thought that Ralph and Alice did "it".

We live about a mile from a natural gas pipeline that pops up above ground and reconnects toanother huge pipeline underground....when a shut off valve fails or pressure builds believe me to God the whole area for 20 miles hears the hissing from this..like a giant huge statewide size fan the blows on full force..it ususally takes the gas company a few hours to repair. Once its done dead axx silence...this is not a pretty noise and it does wear on your nerves especially at night. Almost like a thousand jets runnig at once but going nowwhere fast
Do a Google search for the Kokomo hum, very interesting articles, including the Wikipedia on hums in general.

I am happy to report that I have not heard anything for awhile now.

ALL IS Quitet.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

TO be more exact, I never heard it, except for one time..

And when I did.. weird, scary too..

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

But all has been quiet... So, it's good.

I'm a quack (in your eyes), and quiet is soooooooooooooooo good.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

For a moment there, I was really hoping no one was hearing Na-Da---

Wheeeeeee..

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

So Na-Da is good... I'll keep looking around the Globe however.

But all is good....
That's a big relief. Please report back regularly.
An aluminum foil hat may make those sounds disappear when you wear it.
