It is my understanding that assuming this isn't a publicity stunt, Kim had such an airtight prenup, that Kris is not entitled to any income she earned during the period of marriage. Mind you, California is a community property state, and unless you earn income from assets deemed to be separate property, a spouse is usually entitled to half of all income, including wages and salary of the other spouse. The only real money that Humphries will get is half of the money that the E network paid for the rights to televise the wedding.
