Nah. I'm comparing them with fundamentalist male dominated religious assholes who think they have the right to impose their version of the invisible guy in the sky on everyone else, especially women. Like telling a woman that if it's a choice between death and terminating a pregnancy, she should just die.

Come to think of it, is that kind of death any better than being murdered by a terrorist?

There's far more people who believe in "the invisible guy in the sky" than narrow minded dimwits like you. I'm not personally a deeply religious guy but I sure as hell wouldn't run my mouth whichever side of the fence I was on. I respect both atheists and religious folks for their beliefs(to each his own) but have no respect for either one that runs their mouth.

Really?

Governor Huckabee said that we should fire atheists. Do you have no respect for him? And for that matter, do you respect those who would let a woman die rather than terminate a pregnancy? In the name of God.

I'll await your answer before I post more bigotry from prominent Republicans.

I think DonDiego knows what's best for you jatki. Stay in the shallow end.

my thoughts about the 2 debates:
the moderators were sloppy, except for maybe brett.
carly outperformed all 17 of them, effortlessly.
rand paul probably scored a few points.
chris Christie will be done soon.
rick perry -- I don't think he would be a bad president, but he cant seem to find his groove.
ive never really cared for santorum.
I love watching these debates, but this one was not one of the better ones ive seen.
jeb did nothing to stand out. did nothing period.
trump -- I don't mind someone being blunt and honest, but he does not need to be so brash. he needs tone it down a little and soon. and I agree with him 110% in one area: f*** BEING POLITICALLY CORRECT!!!
MEGYN KELLY was downright amateurish.
Huckabee is ok.
any of them would be better than billary!
when they start talking about raising full retirement age for social security, I mark them off of my list.

It figures that forky would say this since his god compares Republicans who don't support his Iran deal are like Iranian terrorists. Considering that only 28% now support the deal must be terrorists also.

Liberals continue to take the approach if you don't agree with them, you must be stupid.

forkushV misinterprets poor old DonDiego's previous post. It was not an instruction to jatki99 suggesting any inability to respond to forkushV; it was just advice so as to prohibit forkush from posting any further "bigotry from prominent Republicans".

i. forkushV had posted: "I'll await your [jatki99's] answer before I post more bigotry from prominent Republicans."
ii. The only possible interpretation of this clear declarative statement is that forkushV will, in fact, refrain from posting "bigotry from prominent Republicans" until jatki99 answers the abortion-related question from forkushV.
iii. Therefore, until jatki99 answers forkushV, forkushV has censored himself from posting "bigotry from prominent Republicans".
iv. DonDiego finds this situation pleasant.

Boy, you really aren't very bright at least your reading comprehension sucks(which you keep proving over and over and over again). First off, I have never talked about Huckabee let alone support him, why in the hell did you bring him up to me?

Second, asking me a question like ,"do you respect those who would let a woman die rather than terminate a pregnancy? In the name of God." is a really, really stupid question to ask me, I'm pro-choice(which I've stated on here several times) and I'll tell everyone why.
When I was 8 or 9 yrs old, my friends and I got a hold of a Hustler Magazine, yes, the "Queen Mother" of dirty mags but in that particular issue Larry Flint published a ton of very disturbing/bloody pics of women who had went to back alley "Dr.s" and some who tried to self-abort. Those images have stuck with me 40 yrs later. I do think abortion is reprehensible and murder at some point, BUT, I'm a realist and know what the alternative to outlawing abortion would be. Oh and Religion/God has absolutely no bearing on my decision whatsoever.

Oh and your insinuation that only conservatives/republicans say/do bigoted or racists things, well..refer back to my opening sentence. Fire away at some stupid things people in politics have said, I'm certain there's an equal amount from all walks of the political spectrum( altho I'm not wasting my time bringing any of them up).

Oh and I'll absolutely stand behind my comment that provoked your narrow-minded( and very dumb) reply.

I remember going to a friends house for a party several yrs back and there was this other couple there who I knew, but not really friends with. The girl was a rather large girl so in the course of saying hello and whatnot, she mentioned something about" when the baby comes" (I had known she was pregnant, I had just completely forgotten about it). What do I say but something like "oh ,congratulations, I didn't know you were pregnant, when are you due?"
Her reply" 3 weeks, I'm in my ninth month"

Man did I evr feel stupid. Actuall, that would be more of faux pas than being stupid I suppose. Still felt stupid tho.
