Calzone!!

A Calzone should almost qualify as being pizza. It is like taking a slice and folding it.
Eggplant parm is one of my favs. I love visiting Italy because the food is soooo good. Never had a bad meal there.
I 2nd: Caprese & Osso Bucco

Chicken or Veal Marsala can both be magnificent if done right

I'm also a big fan of authentic Minestrone

Ma, used to make home-made polenta w/ red sauce. At the risk of being labeled a barbaric caveman, I will say that she often cooked the red sauce with wild rabbit or other game like quail.

I could also eat my weight in Italian bread with balsamic & EVOO to dip in....mmmmm. As a matter of fact used to love feasting on Capri's (Sunset Stations) before our meals.
Sorry for the triple post....internet is jacked up.
osso bucco
veal piccata
veal saltimbocca
veal scallopine.....(can you tell I like veal?)
escarole and white bean soup

I'm a big cioppino fan as well, but since the Golden Nugget closed Steffano's, I can't find a decent one in Las Vegas. The cioppino at Steffano's was great...plenty of seafood and the sauce had a great "kick" to it!!
