What casino game is decided only by the player?

Otherwise in craps, there is no RNG,

Like I said, In Craps the dice are the "RNG". They are just not electronic, but they do generate numbers at random.

Rick
Rick is right. The casino wants to give the illusion of player control of the dice but the take every precaution to neutralize the player's influence over the dice to assure the dice serve as a RNG.
I suppose one could also try to argue that the mat and walls at the craps table determine the outcome of the roll.
A trivial answer perhaps, but blackjack is the only casino game where the player has the ability to break [or lose] every bet. Try as you may, it not possible to lose every bet at video poker or craps.

How do you lose if you're dealt a blackjack?

For the physical walls studded with diamond like protrusions serve the same purpose as the embedded algorithms in an electronic RNG. Behold the randomness! Though we can see, nay, even to touch the dice and table, we can no more control our fate than the VP player can control the cards. For thou art a player in the house of the casino.

Once they leave the shooters hand all control and outcome is lost. Only control a player could have is if he/she is cheating and playing with loaded dice. I know what MoneyLA is trying to say, but as many others have pointed out many other casino games are just as "controlled" by the player.
I know that all control is supposed to be lost once the dice are released (assuming you don't believe in dice setting), but there are people who always seem to have good rolls and people who always have bad rolls. I don't know if the brain somehow affects the toss of the dice in the hands or something else is happening, but I swear there are certain people I will wait for to roll the dice, before placing numerous bets.
