What casino game is decided only by the player?

Like I said, In Craps the dice are the "RNG". They are just not electronic, but they do generate numbers at random.

Rick is right. The casino wants to give the illusion of player control of the dice but the take every precaution to neutralize the player's influence over the dice to assure the dice serve as a RNG.

I suppose one could also try to argue that the mat and walls at the craps table determine the outcome of the roll.

A trivial answer perhaps, but blackjack is the only casino game where the player has the ability to break [or lose] every bet. Try as you may, it not possible to lose every bet at video poker or craps.

How do you lose if you're dealt a blackjack?

I don't know if the brain somehow affects the toss of the dice in the hands or something else is happening, but I swear there are certain people I will wait for to roll the dice, before placing numerous bets.
