What did you have for dinner tonight?

Whatever we catch. Probably spotted trout meuniere, but if we're lucky, grilled redfish.
Pork shoulder roast covered in a peppercorn/mustard sauce. Roast to 140 degrees and let rest, it'll come up to about 145 and it's perfect! Red and white skinon mashers along with sauted asparagus with mushrooms to round it out. A bit of syrah on the side and that's dinner.

Home made chicken barley soup/spinach salad/rib eye steaks with lobster tail and garlic mashed/home made cheese cake.
Almost forgot the champagne.

I sure does work. 5'11 was 197lbs fell to 170 on atkins.
had 2 eggs breakfast, Hamburger lunch,

Dinner Pork Chop, Salad, Cauliflower, Late Night Natural Lite Beer with Red Hot Porkskins.

How about a BLT for tonight? sounds good to me! Had a Coney Island style hot dog for lunch.
