What do you put on your fries?

Ketchup, cheese, chili, gravy, plain or something else. I like fries covered with cheddar cheese and brown gravy. Down south they call them "Boo Fries" and they're delicious.

Kinda sounds like a Poutine variation - Poutine uses curds rather than cheese - with gravy. VERY good - it is a Quebec recipe!
For myself - I am traditional English. Chips are double fried in a 50/50 beef fat/canola oil combination (Yes - the traditionalists still cook chips (chips - not fries) in that combo. First fry at 325F. Second fry at 375F. Season with salt and MALT vinegar. Wrap in newspaper and kick 'em outa the door. Mmmmm . . . . . .
Now I am getting hungry!

Ketchup, Mustard and Mayo....Same thing I like on my strawberries.
If they are the typcial restaurant size or thinner, cheddar cheese works - sometimes will put bacon on top, sometimes crushed red pepper. If the fries are of a thicker variety, doused in malt vinegar with ketchup and salt.

With the warm weather coming I'm looking forward to cooking some on the grill (using aluminum foil) - with some seasoned salt. TASTY! BTW - cooking pizza on the grill is very good as well.

My favorite is "Animal Style Fries" which are covered in melted cheese, grilled onions and Thousand Island dressing. I first tried them at In-N- Out and now I make them at home.

I like my fries with: a small amount of vinegar, lots of salt, ketchup and

dip them in dark brown gravy. The best.

C'mon Man !?!?!?!

Next thing will be "What do you put on your biscuits and grits".

Rick
I'm assuming these are stock photos you've pulled off the 'net and not the ones you now make at home.
Or do you buy cardboard fries containers for authenticity?

Ketchup. Ketchup goes on fries.

You people and your condiments are out of control. Don't even think about vinegar. That is for cleaning windows and vaginas.
Ketchup is the no-brainer.

But here is an eatin' tip: dip your fries in a chocolate milk shake.
