How do you keep the egg yolk from running all over your hand?
I like A1 Sauce, Lettuce, and grilled onion.

I've always wondered about the egg yolk running all over the place too. I guess you could break the yolk and spread it on the top bun first. Maybe I'll try it next time at a place that serves it.

Ketchup on the bottom side of the patty, tomato, red onion and lettuce on the top side. No pickles, no cheese.

I enjoy a slice of sweet onion, tomatoe, bacon, cheese, mustard & relish. I now eat it that way
(homemade patty) with no bun. Knife & fork only. YUMMY

Sometimes nothing. Mostly ketchup.
Frying the egg over medium or hard would fix runny yolk I suppose. And a hamburger with cheese for a topping, ain't that a cheeseburger?
