What do you put on your hamburger?

Life's too short to always do everything the same way.

Tzatziki, hummus, feta and mint
Black olive and cream cheese
Cream cheese, minced red onion and herbes de Provence
Poblano and manchego
Red bell tapenade and rocket
Cheddar

Tip o' the iceberg.

I poke a hole in the egg yolk. The top half of the bun soaks up some of the yolk and the rest drips down the side of the hamburger. I like the taste of it on the hamburger. If some yolk ends up on your finger(s), just grab a napkin and wipe it off.
Putting the egg on top is one of the kind that Fatburger sells.

The topping I like depends on where I'm buying the burger. At In-N-Out, I always have them put on grilled onions with the rest of the stuff they put on the burger. The first time I ate at McDonalds was the first time I had ever had mustard on a burger. Now I use mustard pretty regularly when eating a burger. At Tommy's I have the chili cheeseburger that comes with mustard, tomato in addition to the chili and cheese. I leave off the onions most of the time. Love to dunk my fries in the excess chili and cheese that pours out of the burger.
Runny yolks are nasty. I cook my eggs well.

Brazilian style burgers have the fried eggs. Yum.

KETCHUP, MUSTARD, RELISH, MAYO AND PROVALONE
A nice Chilis Relleno on the bottom bun. Place 8oz (or larger) burger on that. Then load up Cheddar, Bacon, lettuce, a ring or two of onion (helps hold ketchup), Heinz ketchup and finally mayo spread on the lid.

C'mon Rick, work with me on this one.
You go to a restaurant and on the board you see hamburger and cheeseburger seperately with a choice of toppings.
It might be egg, tzatziki, hummus, feta, or even mint. The choices are virtually endless for your hamburger or cheeseburger.

I have seen them put the egg in a thick raw onion ring.

I am a picky eater, so you don't need to tell me. Lol
Fast food burgers are ketchup only.
Home made or restaurant burgers are lettuce and mayo.
I also only like American cheese

It is supposed to be bad luck to eat a burger upside down.
