What do you put on your hamburger?

Showing my European roots - I don't like burger buns and don't like American mustard or processed cheese.
I like my burger on a French or Italian roll, with French Grain Mustard, Red Onion, Avocado, Aged Cheddar, Tomato, Black Pepper and Basil.
Mmmmm . . . . Ahhh - now ya made me hungry

Mushroom swiss and ketchup
lettuce thin slice of mater and ketchup
bacon cheddar and ketchup
Those are my fav.'s. We try and do burgers on the grill as often as possible. I've been told my burgers are pretty good.

I like my burgers one of 2 ways:

1. Mustard on the bottom bun, hamburger w/ketchup and salt (not much these days) and pepper, a thick sliced onion, and then the top bun. (sometimes with a slice of American cheese melted on top of the burger)

2. Mayo on the bottom bun, hamburger (sometime cheese), salt and pepper, thick sliced onion, and top bun.

Of course I do add an extra hamburger patty, here and there.
