What do you think of this deal?

Back to Vegas 18-23 Feb over the Presidents day weekend.......Saturday thru Thursday in my favorite place to go........Got my round trip ticket from Dulles to LAS non-stop for 330 bucks....had to wait for the price to quit fluctuating between 450 and 330....but finally hit it. I usually stay at the Nugget but wanted to try the newly renovated Plaza and checked their website and they charged like 63 bucks on the Saturday and 44 Sunday thru Thursday. Went to Hotwire.com and was surprised that this early I got 3 star downtown (Plaza or 4 Queens, but checked betterbidding.com and based on amenities it said Plaza) for 29 bucks a day. I thought that was rather surprising being like 3 months out yet. Look out Vegas, Im coming back again! Anyone else stay at the Plaza and what do you think of it?

Bump.......nobody?

I haven't stay there about took a spin through there a couple times and thought it was a dump still. If you stay at the Nugget and like it I can't see how you would like the plaza. I haven't been in any of the rooms.

Well Im committed now.....or maybe should be committed.....but I read the reports about the renovation and thought it would be worthwhile to try it out....especially at 29 bucks a nite. Ill certainly report after going there.
