Think it got burned out. It was an unbelievable offering when it first came out. I know several people that used them to make thousands of dollars per month the first two or three issues. Each offering got wealer and weaker until they had little value.
I used them their coupons for Suncoast and Gold Coast last summer. Shame they are long gone. As a visitor to Vegas, they were a solid value even at the end.
