Having had the opportunity to read the response posted by forkushV, I’m personally leaning towards “knob,” but I can see where each of the other synonyms have some degree of applicability.

I'm still around too, but don't post as much as in the days when video poker threads were almost as common as political threads. A name from the old days that I haven't seen mentioned that should be is the inimitable Killerjoe.

I agree with you. There are so many hotels changing names, and other projects being started again, new openings, bargains, and as a twice a year visitor I would like all the info on Vegas as possible.
