what hours is the whammy wheel "open" at planet hollywood?

i tried a search and couldnt find the answer.

I'm pretty sure it's still 12-8pm. For the one at Planet Hollywood, you need to have earned 25 points that day on your Total Rewards card (and have that verified by the Total Rewards club before you do your spin).

The wheel spin at Harrah's doesn't require any points. You can do both every day.

its a wheel that you spin. you either win and get prizes such as free play, or you get a whammy and get nothing.

I'm confused - an earlier post said the whammy wheels costs 25 points, now this post says you just need to make 25 points and have it verified. Which is it? Also, where is the one at Harrahs?

i have done the "Press Your Luck" game at PH before with nothing to show for it. Will definately try again this trip. Also am interested in the one at Harrah's.
