What is the best Vegas buffet that serves Seafood?

Do any serve all you can eat lobster?
I believe the Rio's Seafood buffet does, but are they others out there?
Does anyone know if it's served daily or only on weekends?

Also, if you had to choose between eating at the Wynn or at the Cosmopolitan buffets, which would you go for?
Not sure if this applies but:
Bally's Sterling Brunch. Lobster tails cut in half and grilled. As good as I have ever tasted.

Cons: Over priced for the lobster alone. Only on Sunday.

Pro's: All things considered, best meal for the dollar. Ever.

Pro tip: Drink $100 worth of champagne.
Rio's Villahe Seafood buffet approx $50pp. On Thursadys 25% off for locals in August
Just make sure the "lobster" is real N.E. Lobster,
and not those gray/brownish things they pass off as lobster, that seem to come from a stagnant southern swamp.

I think the seafood buffet at Rio has seen better days. 10 years ago I would say it was really good. Went last year and sadly I dont think I would 'waste' a Vegas trip meal here again....even if it was free.
Aria buffet, although pricey has excellent seafood and they bring a 1/2 lobster to each person from the kitchen (not out on buffet line)+ all the wine you care to have.
I have not tried the Sterling Brunch at Bally's but have heard good reviews from friends that have gone there.
I think the Silverton has one of the better seafood buffets in town for the price. All you can eat snow crab, oysters rockafeller, trout. all you can eat shrimp, catfish etc. They also serve all you can eat prime rib, turkey and ham. You can't go wrong with the best egg drop soup in town and a great salad station. Desserts are very good!
What would be the best seafood buffet during the week?
Unfortunately we won't be on the strip during the weekend. We'll be there Monday - Thursday nights.

I can see at the Aria, the lobster meal is only served on the weekend.

Aria: "During the Gourmet Dinner Buffet on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, enjoy a table-top presentation of a Whole Maine Lobster for two as well as unlimited wine."

It sounds like Rio's lobsters aren't really worth it. Is that how everyone feels?

That sounds pretty dang good bags! Making me hungry reading it.

I have not eaten at the Sterling Brunch, can't pay that for a buffet I guess.
The Rio seafood buffet is not worth the money in my book. We visited quite a few years ago and thought the lobster was really really bad.
Love Silverton's Buffet. Haven't been there in two years but it was awesome.

Rio was great yes like 10 years ago. We tried it a few years ago. Really not that great anymore.

We visited the Rio Seafood Buffet a year or so ago and the lobsters are tiny!! They're like 1-2 inches long and many are mushy. They've gone downhill over the years and we won't be back. We found very little on the buffet that appealed to us. I guess that was the reason for the non-existent line at the entrance
