I calculate that there is a 99.999% chance that "it will end" in the long run.

I am unable to predict, or calculate, exactly what the "long run" is.

And, it may only be a 99.95% chance. Those large numbers confuse me.

But the long run won't happen until we have every conceivable combination of posts on this topic.

I've got two years and four days left to live it up.

Good thing I just planned another Vegas trip!

I'd like to take this moment to thank Don Diego for this link.

To think, I almost booked a trip which would have coincided with my own funeral.

Well, that's kind of depressing.....

Oh wait, maybe being put out of misery of reading this incessantly irritating post is worth it.

Indeed!
The reckoning of one's passing at the link appears to weight one's bulk and one's attitude heavily. As a result DonDiego's predicted demise is surprisingly, . . . and uncomfortably, . . . near as well.

Nonetheless, he is likely to make it to 21 December 2012, . . . so what does it matter?

Probably the most important factor in lifespan is your parents age (or when they died of natural causes). Much better predictor than just about anything else. But, as DD states, as long as we make it another year and a half then we can all go together.
I should have died several times along the way... including in 1971, 1972, 1976, and a few times in recent years too. And because I survived, every day is a blessing. And so, I don't count days -- I count blessings. (I would also like to be counting royal flushes but those are not "in the cards" this year.)
