What is a premium room at Harrah's?

I almost bought one last night. Does anyone know what it is? It's like $20 or $30 more than the base.
At most Harrah's properties, a "Premium" room means .... you get a coffee pot ... the furnishings are a little bit nicer ... and they don't bolt the lamps down to the nightstand.
And the room isn't inside the car park, or only has 3 walls.
Oh, OK, so the premium rooms are in different areas of the hotel?

Q: What is a premium room at Harrah's?
A: An Oxymoron.
50% less jizz stains on the bed sheets and carpets than the standard room?

I think at many Caesars owned properties, the "Premium" designation has more to do with the view than furnishings or amenities.

For example down at Paris, renovated or not renovated is designated by calling the renovated rooms "Red Rooms" and a Premium Red Room is a renovated room that faces the Bellagio Fountains
