What is your best airfare to Vegas this year ??

Boo Yah !!!

I grabbed an awe some round trip airfare from Albany, NY to Vegas, Jan 9-13, 2012 for the
total, taxes included of $ 148.70 YES $ 148.70 !!!!!

Just a curious, can the airline come back and cancel my flight and refund my money saying it was a system error or am i locked in at that great fare ??

Anyone have a similar experience of getting and awe some fare and then get it taken away ?
I've never heard of an airline doing that, but that fare is so low they might claim it was an error. Best of luck.
Does anyone fly direct from Albany to Vegas? My sister used to live in Climax and always drove down to JFK.
The only times I have flown direct Albany, NY to Vegas was on Southworst ( I mean Southwest).
Seems I have good flights going to Vegas, but the few times I have had connecting flight through either
Chicago or Baltimore I have had the dregs of society on my flight.

Meaning that they probably had not had a bath or brushed their teeth or washed their hair in MANY DAYS !!!

$110 RT from Detroit. It was Spirit though, they charge you extra for everything. I only went for a weekend, so their small free carry-on was enough for my luggage. If you don't pay the extra fee for checked luggage, seat selection, or seat belts you save a lot of money. You can't bring a garment bag for your nicer clothes is the only real problem

Direct and nonstop are two different animals. Direct usually involves a stop without a plane change. Nonstop is nonstop.

I've flown nonstop R/T from both COS and DEN to LAS for under $100, and can still get there for under $150 R/T if booked a couple months in advance.
I got $194 RT with taxes/fees for November by taking advantage of a Groupon that a local airline was offering. There is a $20 (each way) optional baggage fee that I'll have to add on for my trip as it'll be longer than just carry-on can handle.

Nice score on your airfare, William. That's a great price.
We just booked in June for Sept from Cleve - Vegas for $120. each way- Southwest.
In May, I booked a nonstop flight from Minneapolis to Las Vegas on Sun Country Airlines for $219 (including all taxes) roundtrip. I checked the flights on this airline yesterday; same September flights are now listed as $399 roundtrip. I usually can request and obtain an upgrade to 1st class for $100 one way when I check in. Nothing like flying 1st class.

Glasses can affect your vision; especially when they have been emptied several times..........
there was a $323 round trip from new york in december, but it had layovers both ways so i didnt book it.

i havent seen airfare that low to vegas in many years.
Virgin had $159.00 each way for a short time (NYC /JFK to LAS)

Life is short and I am too old to do anything other than Direct flights/I'll coupon and save all the time but I don't do switch plane changes~~ that's just for me.

I got the best i could get non-stop/DIRECT $416 Jetblue for this month- Before, I could always count on $330.00 or less RT.
