What is your Vegas "Hidden Gem" ?

My "Hidden Gem" is the Luxor Evening Buffet.

A couple of trips back Rock'n Rita and I ate there and thought it was really good
We liked it better than the Mandalay Bay Buffet that we ate at the night before (which was not bad),
and enjoyed it even more than the Bellagio Evening Buffet.

SO WHAT'S YOUR VEGAS "HIDDEN GEM" ???

Rick
I have a few:
Ribs and Chicken at the Ellis Island BBQ
Nachos at Joker's Wild
Ice Cream at the place on the overpass between Main Street Station and The California
Capriotti's Subs - either The Rob or Cole Turkey
Sunset Station buffet

The Mob Museum
Here's mine: Ping Pang Pong Chinese Restaurant -- I Discovered this "Gem" during my first stay at the Gold Coast. They offer well-prepared, authentic Chinese dishes served with a sincere smile.

Three-
Grotto at Golden Nugget- always have dinner there for our night downtown, Bruschetta is excellent way to start the meal
Yard House on the Linq promenade - excellent Chicken Nachos with great draft beer selection- Big Sky Moose drool was very good
Cocolini's at Venetian St. Mark's Square- Like the stracciatella gelato, not cheap but they have free entertainment in the square

The Mob Museum

I'll second the mob museum.

If I lived in Vegas, I'd be there a lot more.

They have quite a few lectures by authors who have written on the mob, by relatives of mobsters, or by former mobsters. I would be going to every one of them if it was near by.

Lappert's Ice Cream in the mezzanine at California Casino. Its a nice place to get a treat and wind down after a long night at the tables.

The Oyster Bar at Texas Station...the menu is not any different from Oyster Bars at other big casinos - but its a whole lot easier to get a seat.

Bar Video Poker at Tuscany on Point Multiplier days. twice a week they have 10x slots/7x vp....coupled with 7/5 BP w/progressive. Those comps add up quick and Tuscany has 3 great restaurants to spend them at.
Ronald's Donuts on Spring Mountain Road - best apple fritters ever!
Clam Chowder at the Big Sur Oyster Bar, Southpoint
I just found a store called The Market across from El Cortez downtown. We stocked up on groceries for our hike to Death Valley. They offer a fresh salad bar that also has hot buffet items for 7.99 lb, a deli case with the best cauliflower salad I ever tasted, cold meats, grilled marinated artichokes to mention just a few items $8-$12 a lb. Great made on the premises desserts. Toni was nice enough to let us sample many items. They also have pre-made sandwiches, fresh fruit, wine and snack items. Fabulous customer service.
This would be a very reasonable, healthy place to grab food to take back to the room.
