I agree so many possibilities to ponder. I am always trying a new place to dine, gamble or visit each trip. I
am not home yet and I am already plotting and planning for my 0 birthday next year.

I know what you mean. I still love when we land in Macarren and once we get our rental car, it's off to the races!

aaaahhh... the smell of Vegas, when you step outside of the baggage claim area. I live for it.

The Good:
The super resorts
The incredible restaurants
Legalized sports betting
The great shows (for the most part)
The bigger than normal rooms for a much lower price than what would be charged at a similar hotel elsewhere
The scantily clad women
Free valet
No closing time for bars
Vegas still remains unique and no other city that has casinos, comes close to Vegas.

The Bad:
Resort fees
6 to 5 Blackjack
Blackjack games now having the dealer hit on soft 17
Bad VP tables
Bad slot tables
Severe tightening of comps
Virtually everything not covered above that has been implemented by the bean counters
Two companies owning 80% or so of the strip's better properties
traffic

The Ugly:
Panhandlers everywhere (including coming in the casinos)
Rappers trying to give you their cd's ( I assume something is on them) and then wanting money
Water sellers
All other people on the strip who are trying to get money from you.

I'll keep going back every year. Used to go twice.
Once in spring and another in October,or so.
I like boobies and there are lot all over.
Free drinks? Sure.
I'm a pretty savvy gambler but win or lose,I still have fun.
I get around pretty well for 64.
If I break a hip,I'll still go and get me a 3 wheel scooter to get around.
I just replaced my Supra engine in my driveway. I'm sore,but I did it.
