I would start up a Nascar team.

I never ever ever ever buy lottery tickets. well, when I was in college when they first got scratch off tickets in Virginia, I bought some of those for a few weeks, and in 2003 when we first got lottery in Tennessee (again, started off with scratch offs), I bought those for a little while.


But I have never bought any of these drawing type lottery tickets.

Then people started talking about half a billion dollars.
