What was your biggest win?

Damn, those are some impressive wins!!

Me, nothing like that. $1800 a couple of times on slots. $1600 and 1560 on sizzling sevens.
Wife won $2700. at slots

If I hit the powerball tonight, I will post a pic of my ticket.
A little over $3K from a nice craps roll at Stratosphere.
The best win was in 1982 for a RF for 1K.
In '82,it was a TON of money.
Gasoline was a buck-30,but my car got 7 MPG.

First brothel visit for a half and half + drinks + hot tub:$300.
Worth every dollar. Her name was "Porsche". THAT was my biggest win.

Oh,you were talkin' jackpots?
The biggest win I ever got in a casino was a dealt royal flush on a quarter triple play machine at Valley View Casino in northern San Diego County for a $3000 win. I put the picture under the "Feel-Good Wins" thread in the "Gambling" forum (page 77) if you want to see it.

However, my biggest win ever was an all-expenses paid trip for two to Costa Rica worth over $7000. My name was drawn for the top prize in a raffle. Ironically, I was joking with some other participants a few minutes before that if I won the trip I would trade it for the second place prize, a really cool African sculpture that I had been eyeing all evening. Looking back, keeping the trip was definitely the better choice.

The most I've won is $200 but it was only a 20 cent bet. I really wish I had been playing max bet.
The year was 2009. April. My home casino poker room had a drawing scheduled for a BMW. Sticker price was $28K+.

To qualify, you had to have 4 OAK or better on one of two days per week during the month. This poker room also had other high hand, cracked aces, etc type promotions, and I played hard long and on those two days anyway.

I earned 9 entries into the barrel, as well as won smaller promotions along the way. High hands, cracked aces, etc. One of those promotions paid me $750, one $500. The rest were $100. Without the entries, it was a very good month.

These entries were printed, and numbered. At the end of the month, there were 70 entries in the barrel.
Five names drawn, each selecting an envelope. One envelope held a car, the others $500 or $1,000.

My name was drawn. Of course, with more than 10% of the entries, I expected to be selected. I picked the car.

Than promptly sold it. Never even touched the BMW, prominently displayed on the casino floor.

I consider this "win" a poker win, since it was generated from the poker room's promotion, although located in the casino.

won a million dollars in oct in the lottery, however, it was split with 42 people (office pool) and came home with $16,000 after taxes. if we would have hit the power ball, it would have been 42 million apiece. one can dream!!
My big wins were at live keno. $1. and 6 numbers = $1500.at the Riv. , $800. twice at Circus speed keno. Again at the Riv. for almost $6000. My wife hit $1700. on a keno machine for a quarter.
My biggest hit in Vegas was $5600 on a $5 machine at Paris, followed 15 minutes later with a $2700. Hubby hit $3200 on a $2 machine at Bally's later that year. It was a good year and CET really kept those comps coming for a long time. This was in the late 90s, early 2000s when we could still expect to hit a hand pay with some decent play. Things have changed.

We frequent a local indian casino now - which we never would have considered back then. We've signed for at least 10 jackpots in the past 18 months, so the payouts are much better there. I can't abide the per-hand ante or the low VP paytables there, though, so we go to Vegas once or twice a year to get our VP and table game fix. We have switched to Station Casinos for most of our play.
