What would bother a casino more?

I was speaking with a "friend" about some of the recent threads. We were debating which of the 2 options below would bother a casino more-

Player #1 would be playing with only a goal of earning tier points and not trying to win or lose. This player simply wants a great tier score and would choose a game or even a specific hand on video poker with the goal of earning more points.

Player #2 would book multiple hotels on multiple offers. This player would play all of the freeplay associated and beyond that stay several hours and give the casino some good play time but they wouldn't be actually sleeping in the room they are checked in to at that property.

Which one would bother the casino more?

My "friend" and I think player #1 would be the kind of player the casino would not like because they are trying to use a system to simply milk out a tier score and they have no goal of actually giving the casino any fair shake at their money.
I agree.

It's already a known fact that casinos don't like players who only play the best games in their casino. Comps are cut back or completely taken away. I would think player #1 would fit into that category.
It has never been DonDiego's intention to bother a casino.
But if player one spent half his time playing for his tier score, and half playing craps......

And one player left Mandalay Bay walking north and other left Stratosphere walking south....
I know the answer....but I want you to ask your host....Better yet, let's ask Anthony. He's the final authority in such matters.
Why don't we just ask Alan Mendelson?!
If your friend is booked at mutliple properties, remind him that if he doesn't give ample play at all of them, he won't get future offers and will effectively be referred to as "Ground Zero" as to the cause of all future demise of casino offers for everyone on these boards. That's a heavy load to bear!

Also, if he's considering playing at Venetian/Palazzo, he may want to contact me as I know Shelly personally and can assure him that he won't get jerked around like all those other slackers who didn't pay attention to the small print of "management reserves all rights" and got their room offers pulled at the 11th hour.

BTW, what's the original question?

uh dan...you are wrong. if he stays at multplie properties and gives ample play at all of them, he is screwing the casino by running through the free play and leaving.

not to mention, leaving behind a wave of housekeepers unable to pay their rent.
