Pork and hominy stew made w/pork shoulder, tomatoes, onions, garlic, chili powder, beer, hominy and oregano in a slow cooker. First time making it, hope it'll be good!

I hope you started that shoulder this morning as it takes quite a while to cook that puppy until its tender.

Yep, cooked it for 7 hrs and just fell apart when I shredded it and added back to stew pot. Tastes friggin' yummy!!!
