WHAT'S WITH THE LVA CHRISTMAS DISPLAY UP THERE? ^^^

I used the round ones because the ones that "looked like snowflakes" would have caused me no end of grief. "Why?" you may ask. Why indeed. Here are the reasons:
1) The round ones were less 'jerky' in movement IE they required less CPU overhead to move them
b. The other ones were actually asterisks not real snowflakes as the purists would expect.
3- Each "snowflake" was exactly like every other snowflake....again the purists would have my hide.
IV: I have been in actual snow falling from the sky, and I did not see the detail of six pointed flakes, just dots of varying size. So you see that I am staying true to what snow really looks like.

And yes it seldom snows here in Las Vegas, when when it does, it snows.

You forgot to mention that the round ones you're using do not slow down the site from loading.

Well thanks for the attempt ..... no need to have "jerky" snowflakes if you can have the "less jerky" ones.

.............. and I'm from New England, and know what real the ones look like.

At first I thought they were flying whiteheads. Now, I kind of like the way they melt at the bottom of the screen.

I think they are distracting.

So if you want to improve ratings enough so that this place earns enough $$$ to buy some 1/2 price LEDs for next year's display, or if you're just planning a vacation to Vegas in 2001 so you can use that new time machine Santa brought you, then turn the channel now!
