WHER to stay on Freemont Sreet?

Great idea on the ice bucket. I like to bring my leftover back if I cannot finish from a nice meal. I cannot ever eat the whole thing.

You're a few days late to the snark party.

...and really, if you're going to be a spelling and grammar snob, it's Fremont Street, not fremont street.
Hello All,
Thank you again so much for all the help.
So far we are staying at the GN, in a Rush tower.
I love to shop and that is why I asked about the outlet malls.
We were thinking about partaking in the 2.99 shrimp at the Golden Gate.
You all are great, thank you so much so far for the help again.

You'll love it -- the Rush Tower is great.

$2.99? Shows you have long it's been since I've been downtown. Last time was there, the shrimp were $0.99. But, I always upgrade to the larger shrimp. I guess those are $4.99 nowadays.

Have fun!

Last Oct the "original shrimp" were 1.99 and the upgrade was 2.99, but like I say, that was a while ago.

Are you aware of the Fremont Street Experience coupons? ---with one of those you can get a buy-one-get-one-free of the original which brings them back to the old-school price of 99cents. I usually use the coupon rather than up-grade.

Sorry for the double post!!
Are you saying that you can pay for original shrimp and get a free upgrade with the coupon?
No, the coupon gets the original shrimp (now 1.99) for the original price (99 cents). The upgraded big shrimp are still more expensive.....2.99 or maybe more now.
