Where do you get the souvenir daiquiris?

Where do you get them (I believe Mermaids/Lebayou downtown have it), how much does it cost, and what is the alcohol content? I'm guessing about 5 shots maybe. It is always cool to see people drinking it although I've never gotten one, too much sugar for me.

Those things look like oversized sweet Slurpees to me. I'm guessing that unless you buy extra shots, they are not potent at all.
