Where is the $100 free slots rebate for Terribles?

I just checked the Members Rewards Online and the $100 free slots rebate for Terrible's is gone. Anyone have information about this. I'll be sad if it got discontinued.

arrrggg.
printer working fine, allows pop-up ...hit print and nada...zilch...no sound of printer printing.
Website then change and said I printed this coupon on 11/1/2010. Bummer.
Never been to Terribles. Sounded like a good reason to try a new place.
Sent email to support will see what comes of it.
Anyone else have this problem?

I can see it now but it only shows me the information and the instructions (ie., to turn off pop-up blockers and to turn on printer) but mine's doesn't have a link to click on in order to get to the coupon (arrgh)
