Where is the QOD on this site?

I occasionally get the QOD as an email, but where is it on the LVA site? I can't find it.
You must be bookmarked to this board? If you enter www.lasvegasadvisor.com, you will see the QOD usually on the home page. It is about one third down and about three columns over.
today's QOD looks more like a statement than a question.

I am beginning to think more often than not that the QOD is being made up by the LVA staff so they can advrtise a particular hotel or attraction. why would someone submit comments about changes at the Riviera as a QOD?

I have thought the same for a long time, quite often the questions will have subject matter that can be associated with a book they can recommend you buy as well. Smart marketing

Agreed. Some of the "questions" seem a little too conveniently associated with something they're selling.

I don't have a huge issue with that, mind you -- it's their site, and they're not reporting it as "news" that would need to be factual, but it is implied that the questions are submitted by random site visitors -- not in-house staff.

Thank You. I come directly to this page, bypassing the home page.
there was a statement in today's QOD answer that kind of surprised me.

"Most hotels offer complimentary shuttle service to/from the airport" really? why have I spent so much time standing in that cab line and making sure I tell the driver 'no tunnel' so I won't get long hauled, if most hotels offer a complimentary shuttle

I don't know, why do you? I 've never stood in line for a cab at the airport.

Do you take one of those complimentary airport shuttles that most hotels provide according to today's QOD, or is this one of those "I rent a car and think everyone else should too" statments?

Maybe one of those complimentary shuttles is one of the hotel's limosines? No cost, but you better bet a bundle.
