So many women are raped in college dorms. Should we pass a law to disallow men from attending college to protect these women? Why not? Some of you seem to think this law was passed to protect women. It is about your homophobia, which goes back to stupid, because being transgender does not make you gay. At least know what it is that you are hating.
Unless someone can post some statistical proof that there are enough men out there going through gender reassignment surgery just so they can rape women in a bathroom, that this law was warranted. I personally have never been made aware of this being such an epidemic that there had to be a law written to stop it from happening. Rape outside a woman's restroom, done by males who were born males and remain males, that's a whole other ball of wax. Maybe we should go back to disallowing women from leaving the safe confines of the kitchen. Oh wait, I have read many more stories about husbands raping their wives, than the zero stories I have read about transgendered males raping children in a bathroom. But this board and the people posting on it are so antiquated that you probably consider your wives property.
