Where to pee?

I believe I addressed this in my last point, but how are said perverts going to be deterred as the law has no enforcement mechanism? As such, said perverts that enter a restroom could only be charged after they did something perverted. And said perverts could already be arrested for entering a public restroom for perverted reasons just ask Larry Craig.

I disagree. If the pervert is not allowed in the Lady's room then he is going to risk someone screaming when he rushes in there. He also won't necessarily know who is in there. He has a much bigger advantage of committing a crime if he can first walk in the bathroom in drag without being initially suspected, and then scope out the situation.

A simple solution would be to arm every female, just in case a pervert attacks her. If said pervert knows his intended victim is armed, perhaps he'll overcome his raging hormones.
I really thought you folks were kidding when you bought this shit up. What a sad way to go through life, seeing balrogs in every woodpile and perverts everywhere.

But, to get back to the main topic of where and how one should pee, . . . DonDiego prefers tinkling while seated based upon the well-known philosophy:

Maybe we just need to set up some safe zones in public restrooms. They could be little rooms with a door and a latch...and somewhere to sit... and people could feel safe in there.

This law was not passed to protect women from perverts in a bathroom. It was passed to discriminate against transsexuals and the pervert excuse is being used to allow dimwits to hide their biggotry. Every time I log onto this board, I am reminded how dumb some of y'all are. Like really, some of you are so stupid that it makes me feel stupid just reading the crap you type.

So many women are raped in college dorms. Should we pass a law to disallow men from attending college to protect these women? Why not? Some of you seem to think this law was passed to protect women. Why should we limit that to just bathrooms? Oh wait, because this was never about protecting women. It is about your homophobia, which goes back to stupid, because being transgender does not make you gay. At least know what it is that you are hating.

Unless someone can post some statistical proof that there are enough men out there going through gender reassignment surgery just so they can rape women in a bathroom, that this law was warranted. I personally have never been made aware of this being such an epidemic that there had to be a law written to stop it from happening. Rape outside a woman's restroom, done by males who were born males and remain males, that's a whole other ball of wax. Maybe we should go back to disallowing women from leaving the safe confines of the kitchen. Oh wait, I have read many more stories about husbands raping their wives, than the zero stories I have read about transgendered males raping children in a bathroom. But this board and the people posting on it are so antiquated that you probably consider your wives property.
