Where to watch NFL Football in Vegas on Sunday 10/2/2016?

I will be in Vegas this coming weekend and may be looking for a new place to watch the NFL action. Apparently, the Westgate is now charging a $5 entry fee for entry to the showroom for Football Central. You get one "free" beer in exchange for the entry fee, so it isn't a HUGE deal, but a bad trend nonetheless. I understand the Stratosphere has also stopped hosting NFL parties on Sundays.

My cousin is considering Jerry's Nugget as they pay more on parlays and have good gambling / food / specials.

Does anyone have any other suggestions?
My house? Wear your Lion jersey..

Jokes aside, if you can get to a Stations Casino they have some great deals- 5 for $5 buckets of bud, bud lite, mich ultra; 5 for $5 hotdogs; $2 nachos; and more. Sunset Station even offers these deals in their Club Madrid Showroom and there are usually plenty of seats to be had. The room has 3 huge screens and a few smaller ones.

Go Lions!
Thanks Liondownnow - we'll see which team suck more on Sunday!

Because we hadn't staked out a spot at any sports books, we went to the Westgate theatre (not the sports book) and really enjoyed it. As you wrote, the $5 admission gets you a beer. It is where I plan to go in the future.

any suggestions for best NFL spots downtown??
The problem with sports books, no matter how plush they are, is that unless you get there early and stake out seats, there is nothing available if you come rolling in and the games have started. Sports bars are going to expect you to buy at least drinks and hopefully food.

I think the Westgate Theater is the best venue for arriving late, even though you have to pay $5 (but then you get a beer with that).
Two or three years I luckily snagged seats at PH in their sportsbook during the early games. My wife was sitting next to me but left to go play VP and slots. A very polite homeless guy named Dave with sandwiches and a 6-pack in his jacket sits down next to me. I didn't eat his food but he shared his beers. He was a cool dude. Well, until my wife came back and he realized she was sitting there before him. He had a bit of an anxiety attack and got very worked up that he was in the wrong for taking her seat and wouldn't sit back down. I had to calm him down. My wife didn't even want to sit; she just came back to check in with me. Eventually I had to give homeless Dave $10 to go buy more beer. He left his sandwich as collateral when he went off to the ABC store. He came back but the mood was ruined.
As an aside, on 10/2 I'll be listening to the radio, or rather I'll be listening to an MLB.com stream over my phone like it was an old-time transistor radio. After 67 years with the Dodgers, Vin Scully's last game.
I'll keep an eye out for Dave.....and Vin!
