Where's the beef

Well at least it won't be called pink slime anymore, whew! it will now be called the much more appetizing "finely textured beef".I'm certain that will bring sales back to normal, especially with it being treated citric acid than the yucky ol' ammonioum hydroxide.
Seriously, I remember freaking out over the "pink slime scare". Geez people ,what do ya think hot dogs , bologna and all that crap is made of? Look familiar at all? (personally ,I like a nicely grilled dog off the grill,evenly starting to blister and blacken..YUM)
