Which casino would you prefer to stay in ?

Re Lurkerposter-- I have checked with all 3 properties concerning the ripoff "resort fees" and I was assured that with my offer there would be no ripoff "resort fees" charged. My Vegas "fun" has just started with the knowledge that YOU - Lurkerposter" are wrong, again. By the way, I looked up the phrase "plain ignorant" and there was your picture, Lurkerposter.
No Doc, that actually makes you a liar. You got a low/basic offer and with those offers the resort fee isn't waved up front. You will need to show enough play before they will wave the resort fee. But then again, there's no way for us to check now is there..........So my guess is, you're just a fake.
I've stayed at MC and Lux. Much prefer MC for rooms and especially the location. They waived my resort fee at checkout. I'm not a high roller, so average play will get this waived. I also got it waived at Lux and Mirage for comp room, but MGM did not waive it. That's OK I didn't care for the MGM anyway.
Okay boys and girls, stop it. Go sit in the corner.

It is so nice when people on a Vegas message board are so eager to help with Vegas related questions.

Says the friggin moron who replies to almost every political topic on a vegas forum. Go jump in a lake!

Is Lurker cranky again?

You gotta love this site. Someone asks a Vegas related question and gets abused and called a liar. At least some of the folks on this site WERE helpful.
I do appreciate all who replied in a civil, informative manner.
Just my opinion .....

Luxor = location not the best
Monte Carlo = thin room walls
N.Y., N.Y. = roller coaster noise

I stayed at Mirage for the 1st time in October on a MyVegas free room comp.....it made paying the resort fee less of an issue for me. I liked Mirage quite a bit and it would be my choice moving forward if I had to stay on the strip - I also prefer downtown these days.

Of the three, I would probably choose NY, NY because the "theme" works the best of the three and the restaurant choices are varied and good. This place seems to have the most fun "vibe". It is also in a good location for parking / freeway access and close to some better Blackjack choices at lower limits (Tropicana / Hooters).

Viva!

Yea, lurker used to bitch incessantly about lack of vegas topics and here one is and he dumps onit.

Doc, I haven't stayed in any so sorry cannot help ya. I would listen to PJ as he is the nextbest thing to tripadvisor one can get
hes stayed and been everywhere in vegas.
