Whitney Houston Dead

In her day (pre-drugs) she was one of the best voices out there.
Not many try to sing her songs.
Those that do on shows like American Idol usually get bad feedback for trying to do the song.

Thing that gets me is the way that people are acting like she was the greatest singer and person that ever lived. Especially the media.

While I can say that I respect her for the talent that she had, I do not think that she was a great person.
Especially considering the poor examples that her and Bobby set for their kid.

Drinking and fighting and doing drugs.

Before drugs and Bobby Brown she was a great singer and person.

The mourning is not just for the Whitney that died yesterday but for the Whitney that left us 20 years ago when she went down the Devil's path.
She had incredible talent and the rendition of the National Anthem that she sung at the Super Bowl still remains the best ever. I do remember when the producer of the Academy Awards had to pull her out at the last second and replace her with Faith Hill.
Wonderful talent,and once a great voice.RIP Whitney.

Her rendition of the National Anthem at Super Bowl 2004 is second only
to Kate Smith singing “God Bless America”.

I have a feeling she might have had an aneurism explode. She might have taken a hot bath which raised her blood pressure which caused her aneurism to explode.

RIP Whitney...
Houston's death reminds me of Amy Winehouse. Another super talented singer whose life and career went downhill after they married a bum who got them hooked on drugs and alcohol. So sad.

A person with a history of combining sedatives and alcohol had an aneurism burst?

I seriously doubt that will end up the cause of death. No offense meant. JMO BAGIANT.

So Maya Rudolph probably won't be doing her Whitney Houston this week on SNL?
