Whitney Houston Dead

There was a difference between Whitney Houston and Amy Winehouse.

It was 204 days.

Of course not.

I read it in a blog that had many WH comments. The first sentence was, "WHITNEY... THANK YOU FOR THE ENTERTAINMENT YOU ARE NOW PROVIDING US".

Just a few of the tamer comments:

-Isn't it somewhat ironic that a woman who hasn't been clean for years managed to die in a bath?

-Can everybody waiting to mourn over Whitney's death please form a line? It's what she would have wanted.

-On the day that Whitney Houston died Bobby Brown still played a gig. I mean it's pretty disgusting... what kind of people pay to see Bobby Brown?

-Everyone seems so saddened by the death of Whitney Houston. What saddens me more is her greatest hits album will surely be out soon.

-Whitney Houston has now been drug free for at least one day.

There were others as well.

Seems like a celebrity death brings out the best in all the sick bastards of the world.

Look to the $$. Who profited the most if she remained in a drug or alcohol cloud a great deal of the time?

It sure does. Why the nasty comments need to be C&P'ed is beyond me.

It depends upon how those comments are being said.

Remember when the Challenger blew up? A few days later this was all over the place:

Last words spoken by christa mcauliffe to her husband: honey, please take out the trash, I'll feed the fish.

Humor, (if these were spoken as) can lend itself as a healing type of moment.

I don't agree. The only people needing healing are those that were close to the deceased and those "humorous" comments surely won't comfort them. I've never been one for gallows humor.

One day, all of us will die. As surely as we walk this earth we each will perish.

Mind sharing what blog that is roadtrip?

You know what I think is really sad is how people are more interested in people who are train wrecks.

To compare lets look at Gary Carter former Mets player who died of brain cancer and seemed like a good person who never got in trouble.

Someone wrote a thread on him and it only got 230 views and 3 replies.

Crackhead Whitney dies and she gets 1177 views and 29 replies. WTF!
