Screech from Saved By The Bell
Matthew from News Radio
Grady from Sanford and Son

Reverend Jim Taxi- I can still remember when he had the bank of TV's in his apartment and was watching the crucial decision by the Delaware state legislature to decide whether they would be referred to as Delawarians or Delawarites! I hardly watch any sitcoms now the wrting and acting isn't even close to what was done in the 70's and 80's.
NOT A SITCOM, but I can't get enough of James Murray, Brian Quinn, Joe Gatto and Sal Vulcano of "Impractical Jokers" on TruTV! Possibly the funniest show I've ever seen; and i'm not one to laugh all that easily! - Gail from MN

I'll have to agree with you on that.

Even though I watch these two shows, Two and a Half Men and 2 Broke Girls, (and I do find them funny) I wouldn't let children watch them.

On the 2 Broke Girl season premier yesterday, they had a guy smoking a bong to go along with all the sexual innuendos. I think I read somewhere where it had been ranked as the raunchiest/most incorrect sitcom out there today. Like I said, I find it funny and watch it, but where are the censors today?

The Middle is the most underrated comedy on tv & it doesn't need raunchy jpokes either

I think except for Andy, the entire cast from WKRP was pretty kooky, I think the same could be said for Soap as well, great shows and great examples.

" ...I'm talkin' 50,000watts of intensive care here fellow babies!!.....oh yea,I almost forgot...........
BOOOOOGERRR.."
Jatki99,

Herb, Mr. Carlson, and maybe Johnny were a bit kooky. I think the women, Venus, and Andy (as you said) were more stable.

I could have easily added the ventriloquist, Jessica, and Dutch the convict from Soap.
True, Bailey was pretty normal as well, guess I misspoke there.
